All transactions, including payments and shipping, are conducted directly between buyers and sellers. TCGBid does not process payments, handle shipping, hold funds in escrow, or otherwise participate in the completion of transactions. Users are solely responsible for negotiating, completing, and fulfilling their transactions.
TCGBid is not liable for any transactions that occur on the platform. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or authenticity of any items listed. We are not responsible for any disputes, losses, damages, or issues arising from transactions between users. By using TCGBid, you acknowledge that you transact at your own risk.
Any disputes between users must be resolved directly between the parties involved. TCGBid does not mediate, arbitrate, or otherwise intervene in disputes. We encourage users to use the rating system to share their experiences and help the community identify trustworthy traders.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or otherwise harm the community. Users may delete their accounts at any time through their profile settings.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of TCGBid after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
